Service-Driven Leadership

From the U.S. Air Force to General Electric, Paul Tudor has dedicated his life to solving complex problems and delivering real results.

After serving our nation in the Air Force until 1980, reaching the rank of Sergeant E4, Tudor brought his technical expertise to GE, where he led test operations and jet engine facility design teams for decades. His engineering mindset and commitment to excellence drove innovation and efficiency throughout his career.

Now, Tudor is bringing that same problem-solving approach to Concord. As a member of Northwood's Budget Committee, he's already putting his analytical skills to work, scrutinizing spending decisions and fighting for fiscal responsibility. Living in Northwood with his wife Shirley, where his family has deep roots spanning two generations, Tudor understands what matters to Granite State families.

As a life member of the NRA, Tudor stands firmly for constitutional rights and the freedoms that make New Hampshire exceptional. His philosophy is simple: government works best when it stays out of the way. His years managing complex projects taught him that results trump good intentions every time — a principle he'll bring to the State House to keep taxes low, regulations sensible, and liberty protected.

Key Priorities

No Income or Sales Tax

Paul Tudor will vote against any attempt to implement a state income or sales tax in New Hampshire, protecting the competitive advantage that draws businesses and families to our state. He will oppose all legislative proposals that would circumvent the constitutional requirement for a two-thirds majority to pass broad-based taxes. Tudor recognizes that New Hampshire's tax structure, while placing greater reliance on property taxes, has made us an economic magnet in New England and will work to keep it that way.

Protect Second Amendment Rights

I will vote against any legislation that restricts law-abiding New Hampshire citizens' constitutional right to keep and bear arms, including opposing universal background checks and magazine capacity limits. As your representative, I will work to strengthen New Hampshire's existing constitutional carry laws and ensure our state remains a beacon of freedom where responsible gun owners face no additional burdens or bureaucratic obstacles. I will actively resist any federal overreach that attempts to undermine our Live Free or Die values through gun control measures that only punish law-abiding citizens while doing nothing to stop criminals.

Support Parents' Rights

Paul Tudor will push for legislation requiring parental notification before schools provide mental health services or conduct surveys about students' personal lives, and he'll work to expand New Hampshire's Education Freedom Account program so more families can use their property tax dollars for educational choices that align with their values. He'll also support parents' fundamental right to access and review all curriculum materials and library books available to their children in school, ensuring transparency in what's being taught with their tax dollars.

Keep Boys Out of Girls' Bathrooms

Paul Tudor will vote to prohibit biological males from using girls' bathrooms and locker rooms in New Hampshire schools, protecting the privacy and safety of our daughters. He will support legislation requiring schools to maintain separate facilities based on biological sex, ensuring parents in Rockingham County can send their children to school without worrying about inappropriate bathroom policies that compromise their safety.

Capitalism, Small Government & Local Control

Paul Tudor will vote against any state income tax proposal and work to reduce the regulatory burden on New Hampshire's small businesses that drive our economy. He will push authority back to Rockingham County towns and school districts, ensuring local communities control their own property tax rates and educational priorities rather than having mandates imposed from Concord. Tudor will oppose state government expansion that forces higher property taxes on homeowners to fund programs better handled at the local level.
